Currency
All entry fees and Bundle Entry Packages are listed and processed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Accepted payment methods will be displayed through the official online entry system at checkout.
Individual Entries
Individual entry fees are determined by the applicable submission period and entry division.
Bundle Packages
Bundle Entry Packages are available in 5-credit and 10-credit options for Professional and Emerging entrants. Packages are valid only within the competition year in which they are purchased.
Credit Usage
One Entry Category = One Credit.
Each credit may be used for one eligible entry category, subject to
the official package terms and competition requirements.
Separate Categories
Where the same work is entered into multiple categories, each category submission is treated separately and requires the applicable individual entry fee or one eligible entry credit.
Refunds
Entry fees and Bundle Entry Packages are generally non-refundable once purchased or submitted, except where otherwise required by applicable law or stated in the official competition terms.
Unused Credits
Unused entry credits expire at the end of the applicable competition year and are not transferable to future competition years, unless otherwise stated in the official package terms.
Taxes & Charges
Applicable taxes, administrative charges, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other payment-related charges may apply depending on the entrant’s location and payment method.
